”The most wonderful time of the year” is here again and a new holiday menu is in order. Here I suggest a menu which features a starter of cheese plater served with homemade brown country bread, which you can make in advance and freeze, follow by an elegant but quick to put together first course. The salad course is delicious and uncomplicated. The main is spectacular but not too heavy and the dessert is a rich and decadent cake, but what would the holidays be without a touch of indulgence after all.
