Baked Camembert with Honey

Baked Camembert

Grasping the beauty in its simplicity is for me one of the paths to happiness. A wheel of Camemeber, a drizzle of honey and a bottle of good wine can transform an evening into a special moment to share and then treasure in memory.
Have a wine and cheese moment tonight.


200g Camembert Wheel
50 ml of pure honey

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F

Cover a small baking dish with parchment pepper, place the cheese on it, drizzle with the honey and bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until the honey is bubbly and the Camembert has softened.
Serve with home made bread.
